Accessibility Statement

This statement was last updated on 11 August 2026.

Asili Travel is committed to making our website accessible and easy to use for as many people as possible, including people with disabilities. As a travel advisor, we want everyone to be able to explore destinations, discover travel inspiration, learn about our services, and get in touch with us with as much ease as possible.

What web accessibility is

An accessible site allows visitors with disabilities to browse the site with the same or a similar level of ease and enjoyment as other visitors. This can be achieved with the capabilities of the system on which the site is operating, and through assistive technologies.

At Asili Travel, we recognise that accessibility is an ongoing process. We aim to make our website clear, simple to navigate, and usable across different devices and with commonly used assistive technologies.

Accessibility Adjustments on This Site

We have designed and adapted the Asili Travel website with the principles of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at the AA level in mind. While we continue to review and improve the accessibility of our website, we do not currently claim that every part of the site fully conforms to every WCAG 2.1 AA requirement.

Where applicable, we have worked to:

  • Set the primary language of the website

  • Create a logical and consistent content order throughout the site's pages

  • Use clear and descriptive heading structures

  • Use alternative text for meaningful images

  • Use clear, descriptive link text

  • Use colour combinations with accessibility and readability in mind

  • Make content easy to read and navigate on different screen sizes, including mobile devices

  • Reduce unnecessary motion and visual effects where possible

  • Structure website content to support keyboard navigation and assistive technologies where possible

  • Ensure that forms, buttons, navigation elements and other interactive features are as clear and accessible as possible

  • Review and improve accessibility as the website develops

Asili Travel may also use third-party platforms, booking systems, travel resources, embedded content and other services as part of providing travel planning and booking services. The accessibility of these third-party services may be outside of our direct control.

Declaration of Partial Compliance With the Standard Due to Third-Party Content [only add if relevant]

Asili Travel is a travel advisor affiliated with Fora, and certain travel-related services, booking processes, links, resources or content may be provided through third-party platforms or services, including Fora and other travel suppliers.

The accessibility of third-party websites, booking platforms, supplier websites and other external content is not fully within Asili Travel's control. Where you are directed to an external website or platform, that website will have its own accessibility practices, policies and standards.

We therefore cannot guarantee the accessibility of third-party content or services that may be linked to or accessed through the Asili Travel website.

Accessibility Arrangements in the Organization

Asili Travel operates primarily as an online travel advisory and booking service. We do not currently operate a public-facing physical office, branch or customer service location that visitors are required to access in person.

Travel planning, communication, enquiries and other services are provided remotely through digital channels. If you require an accessibility accommodation or an alternative way to communicate with us, please contact us using the details below so that we can do our best to assist you.

We welcome feedback about the accessibility of the Asili Travel website. If you experience an accessibility issue, have difficulty accessing any part of our website, or require information in an alternative format, please contact us. We will make reasonable efforts to assist you and to address accessibility issues where possible.
